Yesterday marked the end of the four-week “It’s totally possible that …” daily practice. A practice that was very challenging at least to come up with 100 possibilities that could happen almost every single day. In this blog post I will go through my results and what I learned from doing the practice daily, what I liked and what I would avoid if I were to do this exercise again.
An extensive summary of the journey on my raw vegan trial. What did I learn? What was easiest/hardest? How much did it cost? Weight gain or loss?
Three days ago, on the 1st of May, I started my 80/10/10 raw vegan 30-day trial, which is one of my new year resolutions for this year. I used to be very skeptical about this whole raw business; why would your health get better when you eat raw? How come I’m less of a skeptic now? A few of my friends have tried eating raw, and every single one of them has reported health improvements. I’m always trying to improve my health, and the benefits intrigued me. So I’m excited to try this diet and see how my health changes […]
It’s been almost two months since my last update on the Wim Hof Method. Mostly because I got sick, or so I thought. But it turned out that my vocal chords didn’t like the breathing exercises. At first I took a one week break back in December. But when I tried to get back to the breathing exercises, the symptoms reappeared. At that time I wasn’t sure if it was a virus or if it had something to do with the breathing exercises. Anyway I decided to take a month break from Wim Hof and then restart the exercises. Now that I’ve come halfway […]
This is the third post in the Wim Hof Method series. I talk how my second week has been and how it was different from the first week.
This article is a continuation of Wim Hof Method — Week 1, Day 1. I will go through how my first week has been with the Wim Hof Method. What are my results? What has been hard, what has worked? How has the first few days of week two been? What do I think of the program so far? Week 1 I’d say the first week has left me with mixed feelings. Both really positive and indifferently bland. The days I did the exercises I had more energy than I usually have—even compared to when I used to do weights in the […]
Yesterday I found this incredible guy, Wim Hof, who has mastered the ability to control his body (immune system, body temperature, energy) through a combination of breathing and mind exercises. I was so intrigued by Lewis Howes’ interview of Wim Hof yesterday that I went on a rampage and researched the hell out of this guy.
