New year resolutions for 2017, Q 2.5

Resolutions For 2017 — Q2.5 Update

The second update of how my resolutions are doing. It’s time to take a look at how my resolutions are doing 🙂

This article is mostly interesting if you want to see what goals I have and how I try to accomplish these resolutions; or to show you that I’m human and don’t complete all of my resolutions. The idea of my new year resolutions is, however, to accomplish as many as possible (if they’re still valid or congruent with what I want).

Prime Your Day With The Miracle Morning Habits

Start Your Day With The Miracle Morning Routine

Not a morning person? No worries. The Miracle Morning works for everyone, including me who don’t think of myself as a morning person. The Miracle Morning is probably the easiest self-help tool I’ve tried, often the exercises I’ve tried aren’t fun. But what I like with the Miracle Morning is that it’s highly customizable making the whole routine very rewarding and fun to do 🙂

80/10/10 Raw Vegan 30-Day Trial — Week 1: Introduction

30-Day 80/10/10 Raw Vegan Trial — Week 1: Introduction

Three days ago, on the 1st of May, I started my 80/10/10 raw vegan 30-day trial, which is one of my new year resolutions for this year. I used to be very skeptical about this whole raw business; why would your health get better when you eat raw? How come I’m less of a skeptic now? A few of my friends have tried eating raw, and every single one of them has reported health improvements. I’m always trying to improve my health, and the benefits intrigued me. So I’m excited to try this diet and see how my health changes […]

Resolutions for 2017 - Q1 Update

Resolutions For 2017 — Q1 Update

The first quarter of the year has ended; it’s time to review and reflect how I’m doing with my 27 resolutions for the year.

To be honest, I’m not sure how I’m doing. I know some resolutions are lagging behind, while others are on track. But I’m looking forward to writing this journal-like article as I most likely discover a few new things about myself. And journaling is a great way for me to get a snapshot of how things are going, and what I’m struggling with now.

Eat Personal Growth Content For Breakfast

Eat Personal Growth Content For Breakfast

A few of my readers have asked me how I eat growth content. So I figured I could write a short article on how I eat growth content for breakfast. 🙂 On average I eat a bit more than 2 hours of growth content every day. But I only spend 1 hour eating content; it’s all about being efficient 😉 I link to all podcasts, blogs, and apps again at the bottom of the article 🙂 Be effective I follow a lot of content, but I seldom have time to read through and listen to everything. That’s not entirely accurate. I do have time, but […]

Wim Hof Method — Dry Vocal Chords

It’s been almost two months since my last update on the Wim Hof Method. Mostly because I got sick, or so I thought. But it turned out that my vocal chords didn’t like the breathing exercises. At first I took a one week break back in December. But when I tried to get back to the breathing exercises, the symptoms reappeared. At that time I wasn’t sure if it was a virus or if it had something to do with the breathing exercises. Anyway I decided to take a month break from Wim Hof and then restart the exercises. Now that I’ve come halfway […]

My Review of 2016 and Resolutions for 2017

I’ve never written a review of the current year. But I’ve seen other bloggers do this and what they’d like to focus on the next year. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review. Mostly because I’ve never seen a new year as beginning something new. I see it more like any other day. But one that I celebrate together with other people. I’ve never seen why you need to wait for a new year to commit to a goal. You can always start today by taking small steps.
